How do I verify my pilot association membership?

When outreach is conducted with pilot associations, an identifying number is assigned to validate membership. You can create your account using your email address and association code.

Are my posts in Strongbox anonymous?

Yes. When posting comments about specific harbors or vessels, you can toggle posting anonymously. If you choose not to make your post anonymous, your display name will be included.

How can I update my profile details?

You can edit your profile display name, 500-word bio, email address, and optional phone number at any time directly within the Strongbox app settings.

How do I request account or data deletion?

You can delete your account in the app settings, or submit a request directly through the Account & Data Deletion section on this page below.
